All of our keycaps are made from high-quality PBT (Polybutylene Terephthalate) material, which has higher wear resistance and oil resistance compared to ABS material, and offers a more delicate feel. Some products use PBT+ material, further enhancing durability and texture.

We mainly use the five-sided heat sublimation process, which immerses the dye into the keycap material, ensuring that the pattern never wears off. All characters and patterns are clear and sharp, and durable.

Our keycap set is compatible with most common layouts, including 60%, 65%, 75%, TKL, 100%, and other layouts. Each product page details the supported layouts and the special keycaps included.

We offer a variety of height specifications, including factory height, OEM height, MOA, SA height, and XDA height, among others. Each product is clearly marked with its height specifications, allowing you to choose according to your preferences and keyboard compatibility.

Our keycaps are compatible with most MX switch mechanical keyboards (such as Cherry MX, Gateron, Kailh, etc.). If you are using a keyboard with special specifications (such as Logitech, Razer, or Topre switches), please check the product page or contact customer service to confirm compatibility.

If you find any manufacturing defects (such as noticeable injection points, inconsistent colors, printing errors on characters, etc.), please contact us within 7 days of receiving the goods, and we will provide you with a satisfactory solution.

It is recommended to use a mild cleaner and a soft cloth to gently wipe. For stubborn stains, you can remove the keycaps and soak them in warm water with a small amount of neutral detergent, then gently scrub with a soft brush, and allow them to dry completely before reinstalling.
